    One-to-one 15-minute assessments with a qualified osteopath or physiotherapist to evaluate mobility, flexibility, and strength, to predict the likelihood of injury. The assessor will advise on whether self-management will suffice or whether additional management is required. Half-day: 10 assessments | Full-day: 20 assessments
