In this practical and engaging session, he explored how joint pain develops, how fear and uncertainty can worsen symptoms, and why early action is key to avoiding surgery. From knowing when to see a physiotherapist to understanding the value of a surgeon’s advice, Simon offered clear, actionable guidance to help attendees stay comfortable and active in daily life.
