Webinar: Understanding Mental Health - The Unseen Assassin
As part of the Thrive4Life Men’s Health Matters campaign, join health and wellbeing specialist Ross Abbott for a live webinar exploring an issue that affects everyone at some stage, personally or through someone close to them: mental health.
Many men still find it difficult to talk about pressure, stress or emotional strain, yet challenge touches every life. Sometimes the most important step is recognising when you need support yourself or knowing how to support someone else. In this practical and thought-provoking session, Ross will explore the pressures of fast-paced working lives, why conversations about mental health can be hard to start, how to recognise when someone may need support, and why earlier conversations can make a meaningful difference.
While shining a spotlight on men’s health, this conversation is relevant to everyone - whether for your own wellbeing or the men in your life, from partners and fathers to brothers, friends and colleagues. You’ll leave with practical tools and insights to support better mental wellbeing and help open healthier conversations about mental health.
Webinar duration: About 30 minutes, plus time for questions and answers.
